Install and confirm plan
Install the app in Shopify Admin, approve scopes, and confirm Basic Monthly or Basic Yearly in Shopify App Pricing.
Run first sync
Open Sync and run product, inventory cost, order/refund, and return sync. Return sync requires read_returns access.
Understand refund leakage
Leakage combines Shopify refund data with cost assumptions for shipping, payment fees, handling, restocking, and optional fallback product cost.
Configure cost assumptions
Use Cost Rules and Settings to label estimated outbound shipping, return shipping, payment fee, handling, restocking, and fallback cost percentage.
Review and export
Use Leakage Monitor, Products, Orders, Returns, and Exports to create CSV action lists for operations review.
Privacy and deletion
The app supports Shopify privacy webhooks. Merchants can request deletion through support.
